About The Director

Director: Andoni Elias Nava

Andoni Elias Nava is Mexican-born, Los Angeles based filmmaker.

After receiving his BFA in Film and Television from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Andoni wrote, directed, and produced his first feature film, "The Hedgehog Dilemma", which premiered at the Lucerne International Film Festival in 2012. Since then, he has been working consistently as a freelance Director, Producer, Assistant Director, and Editor.

His credits include work for Spotify, Nike, Doomsday Entertainment, The Los Angeles Tourism Board, Seven Bucks Studios, the CBS Sports Network, Vanity Fair, The Children's Defense Fund, J.P. Morgan, and The Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation. He has also worked for visual artists such as New York painter and fashion icon Linda Mason, and former Vanity Fair photo editor Mark Jacobson.

In the Fall of 2016, Andoni relocated from his home in Brooklyn, NY to Los Angeles, CA. Since moving, he has done extensive work in the world of music video, helping Produce, Edit, or Assistant Direct videos for such diverse artists as Outkast's Big Boi, Adam Levine, Wyclef Jean, Marilyn Manson, Halsey, G-Eazy, Vance Joy, Sylvan Esso, and Tune-Yards. He has also worked on commercials and narrative film, collaborating with comedians, artist, and filmmakers from all walks of life.

Andoni's credits include work for LA based sports teams, the LA Kings, and LA Galaxy.
